310,000 sf, 20-story building with apartment-style suites for undergraduates. Building uses include commercial space, student related community amenities and services at the ground floor. There are approximately 207 student apartments with approximately 798 beds located on floors 2 through 20, and a mechanical penthouse at the top of the building.
