Scope Of Work
The new 19-story, 690-bed student residence was constructed on the site of the existing 220-bed Julie Hall. Apartments include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms, as well as one bedroom apartments. Project includes a cafe serving prepared foods, as well as 102 covered bicycle spaces and 15 underground parking spaces.
