Scope Of Work
An 850,000 square foot urban multi use project adjacent to Fenway Park and built for Samuels and Associates. This project is built atop a three level below grade parking garage with two distinct towers - an office tower and a luxury apartment tower. The towers sit on a retail podium with Target as the anchor retail tenant.
