Fortune-Ratliff constructed six major phases of construction on two site for Grunfos Pumps, Inc.. The last four phases at their North American Headquarters state of the art manufacturing facility, sales and corporate offices located in Clovis, California. This facility is located on a 37 acres site. The buildings are constructed of concrete tilt-up walls with steel roof, structural steel frames and glass curtain walls. Total Building Construction 275,000 sf.
