Scope Of Work

Soltek worked with Sweetwater Union High School District to provide design-build services for the new $19.7 million, state-of-the-art high school gymnasium at Montgomery High School. The gymnasium includes a 1,700 seating capacity, has team rooms for each sport division, gender specific locker rooms and classrooms. A new 16,000 sq. ft. building was also constructed and provided ten classrooms including a 1,400 sq. ft. science lab and a 3,000 sq. ft. administration area. Other campus upgrades included the renovation of the existing gymnasium, upgrades to the student concession area, installation of shade structures to the lunch courtyard area, upgrades to the tennis and basketball courts and softball field upgrades. The entire school was revitalized with a newly landscaped curb running the length of the school providing an updated curb appeal.
