Scope Of Work
The two-story, 90,371-square-foot school was built on a portion of Reunion Trails Park in Henderson, Nevada. Designed to accommodate 719 students, the building helped to alleviate crowding at nearby schools.
Constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a structural metal stud building frame system, the K-5 school contains 46 classrooms.
Site development included playgrounds, shade structures, parking, off-site improvements, and on-site utilities to support the project.
