Scope Of Work
SummitStone Health Partner’s Garcia House is a two-story building with a partially finished basement. The 20,792-square-foot facility is used for long-term adult substance abuse recovery.
Constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a steel frame/composite slab and wood frame building system, the building houses eight sleeping rooms that accommodate two clients each. The sleeping rooms have their own bathroom and shower. The building also houses group rooms, nursing offices, exercise room, break room, laundry room, therapist offices, and a kitchen for the clients to cook their own meals.
Roche developed the 0.65-acre site including overlot grading, utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, off-site infrastructure, site retaining wall, stormwater system, and a courtyard.
