Scope Of Work
Roche renovated an existing 20,350-square-foot office and hangar space as well as completed a 1,516-square-foot addition at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport in Loveland, Colorado, for Aims Community College’s aviation program. The new space allows for individual training as well as classroom teaching opportunities. There is also hangar space for Aims' planes. The new facility allows direct access for Aims’ students to the Northern Colorado Regional Airport.
The scope of work also included sitework consisting of overlot grading, utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, and landscaping.
