Scope Of Work
Addition to existing steel manufacturing facility to expand production, warehouse, and shipping capacity. The addition is.to match the existing Butler pre-engineered metal building. New production lines being located in the existing warehouse area. The addition facilitates this new operation and expands process throughput. The 7,000 sq ft addition expands on the current 200,000 sq ft facility. The property shape is challenging with the convergence of two rail spurs.
