Scope Of Work
Addition consisted of three (3) structures: - 21,875 SF storage hangar; - 28,125 SF maintenance hangar and - 6,250 SF two story office connecting the new hangars to an existing hangar • Custom hangar doors by Norco • Existing hangar and ramp remained in operation throughout additions, owner continued operating as a full time FBO (fixed-base operator) • Designed and furnished a high-volume (2’W x 2’D x 125”L) stainless-steel valley gutter system with all-welded joints and PVC drainage system to divert rain water from new hangars to protect aircraft and equipment
