NEW COMMERCIAL KITCHEN AND FELLOWSHIP HALL 3147 Chamblee-Tucker Road, Atlanta, GA 30341 Interior construction: 450 SF fully-equipped commercial kitchen as well as a 2,100 SF fellowship hall within an existing 5,500 SF multipurpose structure built by DCG in 2012 Exterior: 380 SF for extra storage and installation of a new 1,500-gal grease trap onto an existing sanitary line Fellowship Hall • Vaulted suspended acoustical ceiling, sheet rock head walls along side aisles for downlighting • Theater-style lighting is LED with custom-designed switching Commerical Kitchen includes: • All plumbing, electrical and fuel connections for owner’s appliances • Fire suppression vent hood • Custom aluminum roll-up shutter with powder coat paint and hand crank opener • Metal studs with fiberglass-reinforced paneling (FRP) on kitchen walls • Ceramic tile floor and base • Washable ceiling tiles with stainless steel tiles at hood • Pass-through window with stainless steel trim and countertop
