This metal roof was leaking badly, contents were getting damaged in every rain, the skylights were porous and mildew had caused them to become less translucent. After a thorough pressure washing all seams and fasteners were sealed with Therm-X Brush Grade Caulk followed by two coats of Roof Seal Elastomeric. As a finishing touch, the fiberglass skylights were sealed with a clear, hard, acrylic sealer to allow light and prevent further deterioration. The result is a bright white, watertight roof at less than 30% of replacement cost.
