Don F. Caple's Bio
Don F. Caple has been involved in the concrete construction and repair industry for over 42 years and is currently the President of and partner in Concrete Protection & Restoration (CP&R) located in the Baltimore/Washington area.
Locally, Don is a member of the Baltimore/Washington Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and has served as their President, Vice President, Secretary, and as a Board Member for several years.
Don has been an active member of the ICRI for over 24 years and has served on numerous committees during that time. The ICRI recognized his contributions by designating him an ICRI Fellow in 2011. In addition to the ICRI, Don has been a member of numerous other organizations associated with the building industry over the past 42 years, which includes the Post-Tensioning Institute, American Builders and Contractors Association, Steel Structures Painting Council, and the American Concrete Institute to name just a few.
During his 42 year career in the construction industry, Don has not only worked in the trenches alongside his co-workers, but has also trained numerous associates in the industry. Don is a leader in the concrete industry and has been an asset to all his constituents who have been fortunate enough to work with him.
Michael K. O'Malley's Bio
With a Masters of Business Administration from University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business along with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland at College Park, Michael K. O’Malley co-founded Concrete Protection & Restoration (CP&R) back in 1996, bringing over 25 years of experience in the Concrete Restoration Industry.
As the co-founder of CP&R, Mr. O’Malley has been instrumental with his personal attention to detail and oversight of the marketing/estimating components of the company. This includes, and is not limited to structural condition surveys, repair recommendations, as well as designing and modifying repair techniques to meet particular demands and constraints to allow the company to grow and become a leader in the industry.
Mr. O’Malley holds a host of contractor certifications from surrounding states and has a number of active business affiliations with several nationally recognized organizations such as:

Patrick O'Malley's Bio
Patrick J. O’Malley is an Estimator at Concrete Protection & Restoration (CPR). Graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park, he earned his B. S. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1985. Upon receiving his degree, Patrick was a Project Engineer for United Parcel Service where he was responsible for a wide range of facility related projects that he managed from conception to construction. His assignments included designing and coordinating material handling projects, upgrades to the parcel sorting equipment, new equipment installations, underground storage tank upgrades, paving repairs, roof replacements as well as numerous other facility alterations and additions. Patrick then joined VSE and later Resource Consultants, performing project development and operational analysis for material handing projects for the USPS at bulk mail centers located throughout the US.
In September of 2002, Patrick joined the CPR team. Duties include interacting with Engineers, Owners, Property Managers, Manufacturer’s Representatives, Material Suppliers as well as the CPR team in order to provide value- added repair solutions for our customers. Patrick has completed numerous projects of various sizes, including plaza deck repairs, full slab replacements, hydro-demolition jobs, expansion joints, waterproofing, high rise repairs, balcony repairs and steel beam repairs.
Patrick has been an active member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) BW Chapter, servicing on the Board and holding the positions of Secretary, Vice-President, and in 2012 of President. Patrick is married to Susan and they have three grown children, Patrick, Caitlin and three grandchildren – Connor, Paige, and Boone.
Dave Bickel's Bio
David Bickel is currently an estimator for Concrete Protection & Restoration, Inc (CP&R). He began his career in the construction industry in 2001, starting his tenure with CP&R as the Warehouse & Procurement Manager. He brings a team approach to the estimating department where he currently takes part in developing and maintaining client relationships, developing bid strategies, reviewing outgoing bids and negotiating contracts. David strives to maintain a close relationship with our customers and suppliers to ensure that CP&R continues to provide high quality service at a very competent price. David is also an active participant in the Baltimore Washington chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).
Roger Noldon's Bio
Bringing over 30 years of experience in the Building Envelope Industry, Roger Noldon joined Concrete Protection & Restoration (CPR) in 2014 as the Building Envelope Division Manager. His project responsibilities are as follows:
As a Project Manager: Planning and executing construction project operations, client and labor relations, estimating, negotiating contracts and agreements, claim preparation and dispute resolution, CPM planning and scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, cost projections, quality control and review of lump sum/unit price projects.
As Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to procure projects, prepare proposals and bids, prepare cost estimates, prepare construction evaluations and schedules and negotiate contracts and agreements.
As a Consultant: Estimating, CPM schedule development and analysis, cost analysis, project management, evaluation of construction methods, evaluation of work scope and budget, field investigations and other construction related matters.
Roger has received an extensive number of training and certifications is areas such as waterproofing, brick inspection and quality control, post-tension, expansion joints in brick work, and historical restoration. He has managed projects ranging anywhere from one thousand to 25 million and he has been providing legal expert witness representation as it relates to cost estimates and forensic and construction defects to commercial and residential clients since 2000.
Roger is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute, Sealant Waterproofing and Restoration Institute, the Scaffold Industry Association, and the National Trust of Historic Preservation.

Brian McCabe's Bio
As the Director of Business Development, Brian McCabe brings to Concrete Protection & Restoration (CP&R) over 30 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry. Progressing from his roots on the Eastern Shore of Maryland to achieving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1987, he has been involved in a wide array of projects ranging from general construction to specialty, high profile restoration projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast areas.
Since his employment at CP&R in 1996, Brian has served as a Project Manager, Estimator, and Chief Estimator. Brian currently oversees the Estimating Department and he is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing bid schedules, reviewing outgoing bids and negotiating contracts. Brian is currently serving on the National Board of Directors in the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). As an active participant in the ICRI, Brian has also served as a board member and President at the Baltimore Washington chapter.

Brian J. Greenbaum's Bio
Brian J. Greenbaum has a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University and he is a CPA. During the past 35 years, Brian has gained extensive experience in both public and private accounting as a senior accountant, controller, treasurer, VP of Finance, and CFO. Brian joined Concrete Protection & Restoration (CP&R) in 2003 as the General Manager and CFO. His responsibilities include lead relationships with banking/financial institutions, insurance markets, legal, employee benefits, human resources, and financial reporting, including job costing and cost controls. Brian has also assisted in real estate assessment and acquisition and has completed comprehensive revision of the employee handbook (making it bi-lingual) and related employee benefit programs. Additionally, Brian prepares all internal reporting and external reporting for financing, surety, and business owners.
Brian is a member of both the AICPA and MACPA. In addition he sits on the Board of Directors of Propeller Club of Baltimore, Roberts Shipping & Logistics, LLC., and the Trade Advisory Board to Carver Vocational and Technical High School.
