Tom Armstrong began working in construction at age 15 as a laborer, laborer foreman, carpenter, framer and layout worker. At 16, Tom took the entry test to become an apprentice carpenter and at 18, advanced to a journeyman carpenter. Two years later, while attending college, Tom was hired by a major developer to supervise several phases of multi-story condominiums and housing tracts. Tom has been continuously licensed as a general contractor since 1983.
Today, Tom immerses himself in every aspect of his business. He is president of Armstrong Builders, Inc. and supported by a team of the finest craftspeople and experienced supervisors, all of whom have remained loyal because they respect Tom and are proud of the work done by Armstrong Builders, Inc. Tom’s keen architectural talents, his experience as a craftsman, strong energy and management skills have catapulted Tom’s companies to the top year after year.
