Scope Of Work
Pape-Dawson provided the civil site design for this 67,000 square foot data center located on a 25-acre site in Westover Hills at the intersection of Rogers Road and Rogers Run. Services included the design of redundant electrical and communication capabilities to the site; onsite sanitary sewer, fire and domestic water systems; underground electric duct bank system; underground communications duct bank system; storm drain improvements to convey offsite stormwater runoff through the site; site grading; stormwater pollution abatement; and platting.
