Scope Of Work

Eilan is a $400 million, luxury development located at IH 10 West and La Cantera Parkway in northwest San Antonio. The project is a 120-acre, mixed-use development including 500 multi-family residential units in seven buildings, a hotel, and commercial, office, and retail components with approximately 2,100 parking spaces including two 344-car parking garages.

Pape-Dawson was the civil engineer for this development. Services included master planning, platting, rezoning, a traffic impact analysis, a utility service agreement from the San Antonio Water System, a water pollution abatement plan to comply with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requirements, compliance with the City of San Antonio tree ordinance, a floodplain analysis, and a stormwater pollution prevention plan. The civil site design included a schematic design, site layout, a fire protection site plan, flow calculations, grading and drainage plans, utility plans, the design of a connector roadway, and construction phase services.

LEED certifications were received for various projects within this development.
