Scope Of Work
Pape-Dawson provided the civil design for Ridgewood Office Park, the new Andeavor Corporation headquarters located in north San Antonio. We prepared the grading and site infrastructure plans for a 6- and 13-story office building composed of 640,000 square feet with a connecting motor court and a 2,400-car garage.
The project included two bridges; four water retention ponds; and more than four miles of underground water, sewer, and storm drainage. Pape-Dawson completed a Traffic Impact Analysis, hydrological studies of the area, storm drainage design, sanitary sewer and water distribution plans, design for fiber duct banks, Water Pollution Abatement Plans, roadway widening, and more than 10,000 LF of roadway design. We also prepared preliminary construction costs and provided construction phase services.
This development received Silver-level LEED certification.
