Scope Of Work
Cutter Enterprises constructed a new 7,000 sqft library for the Town of Stafford. The library was one of three projects Cutter completed for the Town. Our success on the library project prompted the Town of Stafford to hire Cutter for the construction of a new elementary school and the renovation of its high school.
