Scope Of Work
The Brady Commons Student Center is located is in the center of campus and consists of three buildings: a renovated 1960’s building on one end, to a new infill building in the middle, with an existing addition at the other end. The 1960’s building’s renovation consisted of gutting the building and making structural modifications before rebuilding the spaces and interior finishes. The 1985 infill building was completely demolished and rebuilt.
During construction VCC was able to keep normal student traffic and activities on campus without disruption, and the building was completed four months early.
