Scope Of Work
A large portion of the River Oaks District project is multi-family apartments. VCC constructed the two multi-family buildings which have retail tenant spaces on the first level, a parking garage on the second level and a podium on the third level upon which the three levels of apartments reside. The center of the building’s podium level has open-air community spaces and a pool. Each apartment has high-end, commercial-grade windows and balcony doors. The interior finishes are also top-of-the-line quality.
