Scope Of Work
This VCC project is a wrap-style apartment complex in Charlotte, NC with 297 units. It also includes a precast parking with 304 parking spaces, courtyard space with pool and outdoor amenities. The overall site is 3.5 acres that will requiring demolition, clearing & grubbing and new underground utility work. The site is considered a "brownfield" that will require the installation of 60-mil spray applied vapor barrier with a passive gas mitigation system.
