Scope Of Work
VCC constructed a totally new facility and expanded another for one of the largest pediatric medical centers in the United States. The Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center (ACNC) added a new floor with four large laboratory spaces, as well as office and conference areas, renovated other floors to accommodate new functions, and created a separate facility for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Research Institute (ACHRI). This renovation created highly specialized laboratory spaces with such features as shielded, soundproof recording rooms for neurological research, airtight door closures and special epoxy coatings on all surfaces.
