Scope Of Work
VCC has an extensive history in building big box retail. Adams Dairy Landing is, at present, the only power center in Blue Springs, MO. Owned by RED Development, LLC out of Kansas City, MO, the existing structure is a 600,000 sf development on 65 acres. VCC was responsible for adding 7 buildings totaling 102,000 sf to the complex as well as all the hardscaping for the new structures.
All the other businesses remained open during construction, and our team coordinated with them on various items such as parking, best times to do the loudest work, and much more. These and other hurdles did not hinder us as we exceeded the owner’s expectations and provided Excellence in Construction.
