As Managing Director of PROCON, Jen Stebbins Thomas is the fourth generation to lead the family business in its 86-year existence. She brings a developer’s mindset to PROCON’s leadership, having led the financing and legal divisions of affiliate XSS Hotels for over a decade. Since taking leadership of PROCON, she has built lasting relationships with development partners with a commercial project’s portfolio throughout the Northeast. She currently serves on the board of Waypoint NH, the oldest human services and children’s charitable organization in New Hampshire. Jen is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Brain Sciences and Economics.

Jim Loft is a Co-President of PROCON and joined the Company in 1996. He holds registered architect licenses in 11 states and is NCARB registered. Jim leads PROCON’s architectural and engineering team that is responsible for project development, client relations, architectural design, and he oversees the full range of AE services.

As Managing Director of PROCON, John Stebbins is the fourth generation to lead the family business in its 86-year existence. He is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Government and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. Since taking leadership of PROCON, he has built lasting relationships with development partners with a commercial project’s portfolio throughout the Northeast. John currently serves on the board of Manchester Boys and Girls Club, whose mission is to reach out to all youth, especially those who need us most, inspiring them to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring individuals.

Lance Bennett is a Co-President of PROCON and has 38 years of construction experience and has been with PROCON since 1984. He is responsible for overseeing the success of each construction project by supporting the owner, construction team, and directly with the project manager and lead superintendent. Lance graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. Lance interfaces with the Owner as early as possible and monitors the progress throughout the project. Prior to construction, he works closely with the Design Team reviewing constructability, scheduling, and coordination issues, and with Estimating developing schedules, qualifying subcontractors, and reviewing buyout strategies and value engineering options. During construction Lance attends Owners and Subcontractors meetings, reinforces jobsite safety, and reviews schedule status and quality control. Lance also serves on PROCON’s Executive Management Team which is responsible for establishing PROCON’s strategic direction and financial goals.

Chairman and CEO of PROCON, Mark R. Stebbins is the third generation to lead the family business in its 80-plus year existence. He is an Economics graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. Since taking leadership of PROCON in the mid-1980s, he has built the company from a $5M entity into a $200M firm with a commercial projects portfolio throughout the Northeast. Stebbins andPROCON are dedicated to a long history of giving back to the community in which employees live and work.
