Scope Of Work
Back in black. Nothing less than a national rollout of The Tuxedo Shop @ Macy’s by Men’s Wearhouse. To meet the challenge, we orchestrated our Program Management, Construction services, and permit expediting services for a tailored solution. And to ensure overall success and accountability, our Program Managers deployed our Online Project Management (OPM) methodology. This meant 24/7 access to master schedules, site logs, construction photos, and customized reports – all in real time.
Led by a dedicated Program Manager, no detail was too small for our customized OPM interface and reporting: material orders, receipts of materials, survey upload/tracking forms, RFI/RFC forms, exception-based reporting, and more. Third parties had secure access, tailored permissions, OPM training, and help desk support. Working around the clock to meet tight store opening schedules to be ready for formals across the country, this was Program Management from Survey/Schematic to Punch & Close Out. We even tied a bow on it.
