Fitting the bill. When Speedy Cash (Tiger Financial) accelerated their store Development Program with the goal of opening at least one store per month, they turned to Menemsha. Our Construction division, partnering with Speedy Cash’s in-house construction team, delivered 75 projects over a 5 year time period— all on budget and on time.

Our project management and site supervision teams provided permit expediting and survey services. We  interior build-outs, as well as exterior building and site improvements, and were called upon to quickly mobilize for emergency repairs and improvements of existing locations. Costs were reduced through increased efficiencies enabling Speedy Cash to plan for increased annual growth. And just a little quicker.
