Quick service. A valued client for over 15 years, Menemsha has built over two dozen new T.I. restaurants for Rubio’s, in addition to providing remodeling construction services their restaurant network. Quick service is not only where Rubio’s competes – it is also how we work for our clients. We have also stores in condensed time periods of 6-8 weeks, including a new store build-out for the San Jose Almaden Ranch location in San Jose, California. Complete store remodels have been in a single week, most recently in Folsom, California and Aurora, Colorado. And with a zero punch.
