Scope Of Work
42 buildings. 1 million square feet. No existing documentation. Following NY State mandated upgrades, this was the challenge the New York Institute of Technology faced. TPG Architecture called in the experts: Menemsha. Utilizing our Scan2CAD process and deploying our Indoor Mobile Mapping System (IMMS), we were able to unobtrusively scan all 42 facilities—while classes were in session. Step in our ace CAD experts who finalized all required documentation, including scanned point clouds and 3DVR photography. Nine weeks. 42 buildings. 1 million square feet. Thank you, Menemsha.
