Scope Of Work
Remington Hotels, a Hilton Hotel franchisee, selected Menemsha to manage two concurrent projects at their St. Petersburg, Florida property. Our Construction team was responsible for the renovation of an executive lounge and the building of a new onsite Starbucks.
The projects were deliverable within 8 and 6 weeks respectively. Our work encompassed coordination of materials delivery, demolition, framing & drywall, flooring, wallcovering, painting, fixtures, and furniture. Given both projects were visible in active hotel areas, we ran an extremely tight operation in terms of cleanliness in order to minimize the impact on hotel guests. An Honorable operation if we do say so ourselves!
