Scope Of Work
The Rx for a facility can vary significantly especially for a national chain with an aggressive growth plan. From small fixture replacement programs to entire store remodels and rebranding of new locations. Our Construction and Program Management teams have filled all of these and more across hundreds of construction projects and programs. In fact, one of the smoothest conversions in CVS history was when Menemsha assisted in the conversion of over 30 Long’s Drug Stores, mostly inline lease spaces within large shopping renovations.
The scope included new millwork, relocating fixtures, painting, and arranging signage. The successful conversions enabled CVS to welcome a new client base to their family. Other notable programs have included the CVS Beauty 360 Program, a 2,000 SF demised space for selling higher-end cosmetics, a 450-store sink/faucet replacement program, updates to the CVS Digital Photo and Counter Labs at over 100 locations, and support for over 30 walk-in Minute Medical Clinics within CVS stores on both coasts. With this kind of History & Physical, the diagnosis calls for “healthy locations”.
