Scope Of Work

The fastest start in the history of U.S. foodservice. That is just one of the credentials Blaze Pizza has earned as it has grown to over 200 locations across North America in just four years. Working with Blaze Corporate and franchise owners  2014, Menemsha has provided a wide variety of services including Facility Survey, Architectural, Construction Management, and Construction. Typically an accelerated 10-week construction schedule, our Construction Management team has held key responsibilities for planning, scheduling and overseeing facility surveys, permitting & approvals, utility setup and applications, ABC licensing, city hearings and general construction oversight– all services provided by Menemsha teams and third parties. To date, we have supported 10 locations  California. And with projected store openings of 100-150 per year, we’re hungry for more! Unfortunately, we’re still no closer to picking a favorite topping combination.
