Scope Of Work
This project is a quasi-public-private partnership between the City of Haverhill and The Procopio Companies to redevelop the former Ornsteen Heel site in Bradford. Situated on the Merrimac River, directly across the street from the Bradford MBTA station, the location is ideally situated for multi-modal transit and walking access to Haverhill’s vibrant downtown. This project envisions 290 residential units, 10,000sf of retail, public parks and Riverwalk, public amphitheater and significant offsite roadway and infrastructure improvements.
