Scope Of Work

The rand* team coordinated extensively with the client in order to deliver the high-end retail tenant space for Vince from shell condition at CityCenter. Immediately teaming with the architect, Hines, the tenant’s representative and the owner, rand* kicked off the compressed 8-week build-out schedule with the full intention of delivering on the project goals. Vince is a high-end contemporary clothing store with locations around the United States. In order to create an elegant, modern space that would meet the objectives of the client and the expectations of the brand, rand* incorporated several owner-selected packages and vendors into the construction schedule. Through constant communication and supervision, rand* managed the custom millwork, lighting, shelving and furniture packages while simultaneously coordinating the remaining scope including all MEP systems integration, drywall, and glass.

Regular updates to the schedule and trade sequence enabled the project schedule to smoothly progress, and the end product is a sleek, upscale retail space that was delivered on time and within budget.
