Scope Of Work
rand* has built several Sky Zone trampoline parks in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. In December 2014 in Parker, CO, rand* converted an old Circuit City into a Sky Zone trampoline park.
The scope of work for the Parker project included complete demolition of the Circuit City building and subsequent build-out of the trampoline park, which included raising the floor of a drive-in bay to meet the rest of the finished floor. The floor was raised using a structural helical pier, steel and framing before pouring the concrete. The trampoline systems were built inside the raised platform system, which was framed and installed by rand*.
Also included in the scope of work was a kitchen and snack bar area, storage space and employee offices and break rooms.
Through close attention to detail and constant client interaction, rand* was able to accommodate several scope changes throughout the project.
