Scope Of Work

AthenaHealth delivers cloud-based services for EHR, practice management and care coordination across the nation. The rand* project team built out the new 6,700 square foot Austin location over an aggressive schedule and completed this project on time and within budget. This tenant interior remodel consisted of new walls and partitions, paint, cabling, furniture, and some new finishes such as light fixtures in perimeter offices and conference rooms. Some of the materials were reused from the existing space for economical and environmental reasons.

Coordinating with the Client’s specified vendors and the extensive Audio-Visual equipment were the major challenges of this schedule, but they were swiftly overcome by the project team’s ability to communicate and coordinate trades within the schedule.
