Scope Of Work
Adaptive reuse study of an historic building and former men’s store created a “satellite” center for Manchester Community College to promote educational and cultural programs in the downtown area
A more friendly pedestrian level entry way is integrated into a gallery/coffee shop
Flexible classroom and support space is used by both the College and the Town
Second floor features a co-worker/incubator/business center for Manchester Adult Education and Continuing Ed classes
