Scope Of Work
Grand Street is an entire city block where the housing development were erecting a garbage storage unit. The majority of the area was open to rat infestation where some lived in the property and others that can to the property from other areas. Through constant inspections, hard work, diligence and innovation, the rats were eliminated.
Later we were hired for our Kojo's Monthly Maintnenace Program where we service the hallways, basements, common areas, vacancies and exterior grounds during the week and apartments on weekends or during the week, as the owners or management companies see fit.
