Scope Of Work
TSG has been assigned to observe contract construction personnel in all areas of the FCA re-tool project to evaluate the existing methodology and processes to identify gaps or failures all while minimizing unsafe acts and conditions during the construction. The purpose of this assignment is to utilize lessons learned, and develop a comprehensive safety program that could be implemented at all FCA facilities for project shut-downs, facility maintenance and construction activity. Our goal is to create alignment in safety at all location for contractor activity.
