Scope Of Work
A newly constructed senior living center was in need of a new landscaping. This project showcases a number of professional services that Zima Landscapes provides.
The scope of this project included:
- A 22 Zone Irrigation System was installed, along with a drip system to all newly installed plants.
- Seeding, soil prep and the installation of sod and mulch was performed as well as the installation of new plants and trees.
- As requested Zima installed a Rain Garden and Bocce Ball Court as part of the landscaping services performed.
- Retaining walls were installed in specified areas, as well as an Ornamanetal Iron Fence
