Scope Of Work
Located in the McKnight National Historic District of Springfield, MA, this project involved the historic rehabilitation of the 55,000 SF former Indian Motorcycle Factory and an adjacent 15,000 SF firehouse, creating 60 new units of affordable housing. It also included complete renovation of the interior office space, window and roof replacements, and HVAC improvements.
