In a city with some of the highest real estate prices in the country, Four Freedoms House is an affordable living community for seniors with a prime location in the oceanfront area of Miami Beach. The occupied renovation of this 15-story, 210-unit high-rise included upgrades to units, a new roof, cooling tower, air handlers, generator, and fire pump.
