High Construction provided preconstruction services and construction management services for the new Mill Creek Square shopping center located on 35 acres in Lancaster, Pa. Major retailers include Kohl’s, Christmas Tree Shops, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, Staples, Petco, and others. Building A features 43,000 square feet; Building B contains 54,310 square feet, and Building C includes17,500 square feet. Site improvements and building construction was completed in just nine months. Construction materials are primarily masonry and Dryvit.
