Scope Of Work
High Construction was selected as the design-builder for a 32,600-square-foot office building in Montrose, Pa., for Cabot Oil & Gas. The two-story structure is primarily steel frame with concrete floors, and flat/low roofs. The building is not sprinklered and certain steel column and beam framing members are fire protected. The construction is designed as Type 2B. Exterior walls feature EIFS and manufactured stone applied to insulated panels all applied over the cold-formed framing. Mechanical/HVAC systems include rooftop split systems.
