Scope Of Work

This attractive facility served as both corporate headquarters and a banking center branch for Bank of Lancaster County, now PNC. The 53,000-square-foot building houses the bank's executive offices, human resources, trust and investment, commercial lending, and management departments. It also features a full-service banking office that includes a drive-up window and drive-up ATM machine. The three-story building has a precast concrete and brick façade and features brick pavers at the entrance and driveway. Inside is a two-story atrium with sculpture and Class-A interior finishes, such as brass and glass railings, woodwork, custom carpet, fabric and vinyl wall coverings, granite flooring, and sandblasted glass walls in the conference rooms.
