Scope Of Work
Provided Construction Manager at Risk services to Florida Gulf Coast University as part of a continuing services contract for Phase I and Phase II of the transportation upgrades. Scope of work for Phase I, in coordination with SWFWMD (Southwest Florida Water Management District) included increasing pervious land due to impervious improvements, creation of drainage; culvert, underground work-including force main and sewer relocation, traffic signals on corner of FGCU Blvd. and FGCU Lake Pkwy, Improvement of traffic flow via creation and implementation of turn lanes and striping, de-acceleration and acceleration lanes, including yield to right at main exit and crosswalk buttons. Phase II of the transportation upgrades. Scope of work included creation of a turn lane southbound Ben Hill Griffith Parkway, exiting from FGCU campus, north entrance de-acceleration lanes, creation of drainage; culvert, underground work-including force main and sewer relocation, improvement of traffic flow via creation and implementation of turn lanes and striping, traffic signals, new signal poles and landscaping.
