Scope Of Work
Chris-Tel Construction was chosen to provide General Contractor services for renovations to the Cape Coral and Naples, Florida Arby’s restaurants. These renovations are the first remodels of the new prototype for Arby’s in the United States. Each restaurant renovation project took only twenty-eight to thirty-five days to complete and included select demolition of the interior and exterior, installation of a pre-fabricated metal canopy and automatic drive-thru, complete interior overhaul to include mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, renovation of the restrooms for ADA compliance, kitchen equipment installation and new lighting.
