Scope Of Work

Terry Park is a historic baseball stadium that has witnessed games played by legends Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb and Roberto Clemente. This facility is open all year & construction activity was carefully coordinated to ensure public safety while adhering to the schedule. Chris-Tel Construction was chosen to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services through a continuing services contract with Lee County Government for the renovation and restoration of Terry Park Stadium. The scope of services included site development including underground utilities, drainage and new sod installation, shade structures, decorative & chain link fencing and bollards / flag pole implementation, construct a new entryway pavilion and concrete plaza between fields with enhanced landscaping, new concessions building & food court, relocation of batting cage, covered seating, construction of a new restroom facility, paved and grass parking for patrons, bus parking for larger tournaments, and the installation of a multi-purpose field.
