Scope Of Work
Design-Builder and Constructor for 97,770 sf, wood-framed hotel offering 140 studio and one-bedroom suites designed for extended stays. Each suite is equipped with a high=speed internet connection and full kitchen. The facility also includes the Sierra Breakfast Cafe, which serves gourmet coffee, seasonal fruit, and signature breads. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool and spa, a sport court for tennis, basketball and volleyball, an exercise room, a business center and conference room, and guest laundry services.
