Scope Of Work
General Contractor for two high-end grocery stores of 47,000 sf and 51,000 sf respectively. The project scope included sales areas, IFT writing for electronic checkout registers, receiving area, loading dock, meat and produce preparation areas, fixed equipment, cold and freezer storage, sustainability features, and other supporting areas. The stores provide deli, prepared foods, bakery, meat and fish, and full service pharmacy. Heat reclaim through the refrigeration system for cases and coolers provided domestic hot water.
