Scope Of Work
Construction Manager at Risk for new construction of an 82,800 sf, pre-K -8 school and abatement and demolition of the existing school. Designed to achieve LEED Silver Equivalency, the new school provides classrooms, science labs, a cafetorium and kitchen, library/media center, gymnasium with 138 bleacher seats, special education rooms, and art rooms.The scope of work also incudes demolition and abatement of the old school, set on the same site.
